Guidelines

Submission

Manuscripts should be submitted by one of the authors of the manuscript through email obgresearch@gmail.com. Regardless of the source of the word-processing tool, only electronic (Word.docx) files can be submitted. There is no page limit. Only online submissions are accepted to facilitate rapid publication. The submitting author takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.

There are no processing or publishing charges.

Peer Review

All manuscripts are dependent to peer evaluation and are anticipated to meet requirements of academic excellence. Submissions will be judged by an editor and “if not will be rejected ” by using peer-reviewers, whose identities will stay anonymous to the authors.

Units of Measurement

Units of measurement should be presented simply and concisely using System International (SI) units.

Title and Authorship Information

The following information should be included

  • Paper title
  • Full author names
  • Full institutional mailing addresses
  • Email addresses

Abstract

The manuscript should contain an abstract. The abstract should be self-contained and citation-free and should not exceed 200 words.

Introduction

This section should be succinct, with no subheadings.

Materials and Methods

This part should contain sufficient detail so that all procedures can be repeated. It can be divided into subsections if several methods are described.

Results and Discussion

This section may each be divided by subheadings or may be combined.

Conclusions

This should clearly explain the main conclusions of the work highlighting its importance and relevance.

Acknowledgments

All acknowledgments (if any) should be included at the very end of the paper before the references and may include supporting grants, presentations, and so forth.

Preparation of Figures and Tables

References

All references should be in AMA format

Review Process

Manuscripts not following to journal guidelines will be sent to authors with no scientific assessment. Presented manuscripts observing to journal rules are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or an Editor, who will designate them to reviewers. The review procedure is single-blind. The Managing Editor makes a decision letter agreeing to the comments of the reviewers, which is sent to the corresponding author. All non-reviewed manuscripts are sent back within ten days, and decision letters of manuscripts are sent within four weeks.

Open Access authors retain the copyrights of their papers, and all open access articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided that the original work is properly cited.

The use of general descriptive names, trade names, trademarks, and so forth in this publication, even if not specifically identified, does not imply that these names are not protected by the relevant laws and regulations.

If there is no conflict of interests, authors should state that “The author(s) declare(s) that there is no conflict of interests regarding the publication of this paper.”

Ethical Guidelines

International Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Research (IJOGR) is committed to maintaining high standards through a rigorous peer-review together with strict ethical policies. Any infringements of professional ethical codes, such as plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, bogus claims of authorship, should be taken very seriously by the editors with zero tolerance and author/authors will be responsible for such act.

IJOGR follows the Code of Conduct of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and follows the COPE Flowcharts for Resolving Cases of Suspected Misconduct.

The submitted manuscript should not have been previously published in any form and must not be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
